After my monitoring company raised our prices after 18 years I gave Alarm Relay a call. After spending less than 30 minutes on the phone with the tech, we were up and running. Very easy process, literally step by step with you on the phone to reprogram your system. The other companies aren't being truthful as I was told my system couldn't be monitored by another company. Shame! Thank you Alarm Relay!
