ason Jordan was my technician from Allied Home Security. He arrived on time and had great customer service skills. He was extremely helpful with his explanations on where to position all the cameras and I appreciated his advice as to why. But ultimately he made sure I was happy with the views before he finalized anything which I appreciated. He explained the whole system in detail and answered all my questions about the app and security panel. Unfortunately, I bought a brand new house and don’t have Internet/Wi-Fi installed yet so I can’t use the full features of the video doorbell and app but both the sales rep and Jason confirmed once that is up they will come back to fully install my app and link it to the system 100% which is great customer service and truly appreciated!! Thank you Jason and Allied for making my home that much safer! I would recommend Jason and Allied to anyone.
