My experience has been very good, with the equipment and personnel of American Security. Whenever I had any problems, which have been few, the service group have been quick to respond and fix it. I recently had a communication problem with the iPhone app, and a service representative stayed on the phone with me to solve the problem. I also had a communication problem, due to a power outage, which was quickly resolved by a service representative coming to my house and replacing the defective component. I would recommend American Service & AV Systems company to anyone needing a security system.
