Billy was amazing. So great to work with and fixed our problem fast and efficiently. I could smell a terrible burning smell but couldn't locate where it was coming from. I thought I was going nuts because my husband couldn't smell it. Billy was really cool about it and took my concerns very seriously. He thoroughly reviewed all the possibilities and found the switch that was causing the smell. His price is fair and was for sure worth every penny. I can sleep soundly tonight. I highly recommend Bilco Electric.
