We had our new home orientation as well as our security system installed and our experience was very good. Stephanie our contact/sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped explain the process. Mark our technician was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough checking that every single sensor worked and showed me how to use everything. Bonus points for being great with my dog who doesn’t really like anyone.
