We picked CIS Alaska as a local security company and right away knew we made the right choice - professional and knowledgeable technicians, immediate response, great customer service. Thomas Craig did a thorough evaluation of our home and surroundings, explained where cameras and sensors should go, why, what types, that not all areas needed one or the other, answered all of our questions and educated us on the components of our new security system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly had our best interests in mind to get the best "custom fit" for our home. We were very impressed and still are, several months later.
