We hired CIS to update our home security system. They adjusted some cameras, added sensors for window breakage, and hooked us up with a smart phone application that allows us to monitor our system from virtually anywhere. Now we can arm/disarm our system with our smart phones, we receive immediate notifications on our phone if the security system is triggered, and we can view the security cameras through our phones. In addition, our system is monitored 24 hours per day so that police are notified in the event of a break-in. The installation technicians were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They respectfully observed all safety precautions in response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic (masks, social distancing, etc.), and they went above and beyond what I expected in terms of the service experience. CIS Alaska is an excellent security firm, and I highly recommend that you contact them if you're considering a security system for your home or business.
