We are extremely please with our New/Updated Security system and the service provided by Certified Alarms. We recently had our system inspected and updated and the Customer Service Representative, Mr. Donald--- was most helpful and informative about the system we had installed. Most importantly the Service Technician, Mr. Donnie ---was exceptionally skilled at installing the new system and help us to understand and be able to utilize the new system and the numerous updates.
