i use to be with ADT for around six year and then switch to an outer state company call vivent and the company I am with now is CITIZENS STATEWIDE SECURITY in Flint Michigan. I switched to them 5 years ago trying to find an alarm company that really believes in giving good service. By comparison to the other companies I've delt with, Citizens Statewide Security is by far the best security alarm company in the state hands down! The response time for service is phenomenal! They know what they are doing in every respect from timely police response with dispatch to the friendly office staff! I am so happy with my camera system they installed as well! I recently hand some items stolen from my front yard and they we out to my home the next day to assist in finding the culprit on our cameras and sure enough we did! I highly recommend this company for any security system or camera system you may need. they even gave us free estimates and came to our home at no charge. Great service too!
