I attended a presentation by one of Custom Security Systems representatives to a local civic oeganizationand was very impressed by what I heard. We had an older security system which needed a few minor changes so we invited Custom Security to come take a look at the system. Although it was not one of the systems they market it seemed adequate for incorporation of the changes. After the changes/additions were made they found that the system was not functioning properly. Custom Security made several attempts to get the system up and running but it didn't seem very reliable. They suggested replacing all the components with one of the systems they market and after doing that they were able to get the system functioning properly. They did a great job and spent a lot of extra hours in the process. All of their personnel were very courteous and helpful. All this was done at a very satisfactory and reasonable cost To say we are happy with their work would be a grossly understatement. They did an outstanding job.
