Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I've had Dehart's alarm system for almost 10 years and I do not have 1 complaint. They are always responsive to my "false" alarms! :) They are also very timely when my sensors need new batteries or any other issue that may occur. The system itself has been extremely reliable and I like the alerts you can setup to alert you on your phone. Very worth the minimal quarterly payment for the peace of mind you receive!
