Love the Customer Support Team at Desert Alarm! Spoke with Jessica two weeks ago about a problem I was experiencing with our alarm system. She gave me three action items to check. Called back in and spoke with Valeria and she was just as amazing and patient. She sent me pictures of what I should be looking for and stayed on the line until I fixed the alarm system. Kudos to a great Customer Support Team at Desert Alarm!
