Previously I had a very negative perception of Five Alarm Security and my prior review reflected that. After my review, Sean @ Five Alarm contacted me in an effort to work through the issues that I had with his company. Five Alarm Security isn’t perfect, what I do appreciate about the company and Sean is their willingness to listen to issues that their customers are experiencing as well as their effort to resolve their deficiencies. The issues that I had in the past have been resolved and I feel it’s the right thing to increase my review to 4 stars to show my appreciation. My only regret is that the situation needed to come to this point in order to get resolution. All in all, Five Alarm Security is a good company to work with and I would recommend them to others.
