Technician did a good job cleaning the carpets in an efficient manner. His personality was less than friendly. He showed up an hour and a half early and did not call ahead as promised. When I asked why he just glared at me and did not speak. He bumped several pictures on our walls while doing his job and did not attempt to straighten them out. We are very satisfied with the outcome, but this technician could do some customer service retraining.
