Outstanding local company with 1st class service. The owner, Jay is extremely polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about surveillance laws. His company installed an alarm system and cameras for our condo in Chicago on 12/2018. We will be adding a 6th camera shortly. Any ussues are quickly resolved by phone and scheduling is done as soon as possible. No "up selling" just a fair and honest evaluation of your security needs. Technicians are very knowledgeable and also polite and respectful. A great experience all around. Thank you to everyone who has restored our peace if mind and security. Update: 4/16/2019 Jerry came out to reconfigure the last camera we were having problems with. Outstanding work ethic, problem solving and patience. The last camera is now up with no problems and we couldn't bebhappier. We are grateful to Jerry and Jay for their commitment, outstanding customer service and work ethic. Thank you also to everyone in the office who does an outstanding job no matter how small the account.
