Very professional from installation to system monitoring. I have called a few times to talk to their customer service rep and each time he has taken the time to discuss anything that was on my mind in detail and address any concern. Gave us great advice on securing or home and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. Very happy with fortress after year one so far.
