I want to share my excellent experience with Harford Alarm and especially Stuart Bell who is their main sales rep. Stuart is a consummate professional and has taken care of us for our house and recently for our business. He made sure he listened to our needs and went through all the components of the alarm systems explaining what was necessary, what was recommended, what was optional etc. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to get everything right so that both the home system and the office system did exactly what we needed yet stayed within our budget. The installer, Jamal, was also great and configured everything to function how we wanted (which was pretty complex for the office). Stuart would check in with us during the install and after to make sure everything went well...A+ customer service there. Great company and especially great people!
