I called Harvey’s when my back door lock broke. The tumbler and pins fell out and broke. They asked me to send pics, so they could ensure they had the necessary parts on the truck prior to coming out. They provided an estimated time window and arrived exactly when they said they would. Bill, the locksmith that came to my house, practiced safe Covid protocols and was extremely knowledgeable. He even explained a couple of things about the lock to me. (I asked). Their price for service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Harvey’s and would use them again.
