Heavenly Home Security installed and has been monitoring our business for over 5 years. During that time, they have been prompt in responding to any concerns/problems. After several years, the hard drive on our video system failed. While it was being repaired, they provided a loaner. We have had two other companies in the past that did not follow through with customer service. Whether it is monitoring service, installation or repairs, they do a great job.
