The Department of Homeland Security has deemed our business a part of an essential industry. We are still working to deliver new homes for our builder clients, activate customer alarms, and meet all of our customer's service needs. ​ As part of HWA's safety policy, all of our technicians will wear masks and gloves when entering your home. They will also remove their shoes and wear booties over their socks prior to entering. We will also pre-program (as much as we can) your new alarm system to limit the amount of time spent in your home. We will not enter your home if another trade is in your home. Additionally, we have instituted a new wellness policy in which we will confirm the health of our technician and your household on the day we schedule your appointment. As well, we will confirm again on the day of your appointment both the health of our technician, along with the health of everyone in your home. Installations will be limited at this time to home security and light A/V that has been pre-ordered. We appreciate your support and understanding during these uncertain times.
