For over 20 years Independent Alarm gave me great service at my home and office. However, I foolishly turned to another "security alarm company" thinking they could give me more than I already had. Wow was I wrong! I quickly realized that the service I had with Independent Alarm was far and above what the "new security alarm company" promised me. The "new security alarm company" misled me with a slick sales pitch about all they could offer. Soon after I signed up I discovered that my sales representative abruptly left the company and I was left with empty promises. Service charges with the "new alarm company" were extremely high while they had to return multiple times to diagnose or correct the same issue!!! Meanwhile the service charges mounted despite the fact that the issues were never satisfactorily resolved! I was quickly reminded how Independent Alarm was easy to reach whenever I needed service or an answer to a question. When it came to excellent service Independent Alarm was reliable, efficient and affordable. Independent Alarm's integrity and quality of service is truly unbeatable. So I am happy to say that I have returned to Independent Alarm with no intention of ever leaving again!
