The technician who came out to my house was very professional, I appreciated him taking off his shoes while he was in the house. When he was done, he explained everything to me and even helped setup my iPhone so that I could check on the system while I was gone. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He recommended different options, but wasn't pushy about anything. All told, very pleasant experience & a great value!!
