6 months ago Jacob and the rest of the JCB team are fantastic. Jacob came out to my house, did a full walkthrough, and discussed all my options. Unlike every other security company I've dealt with, he was very low pressure and never tried to up sell me anything. He only recommended the essential items and told me that while I could add additional sensors, detectors, etc. they weren't necessary. Jacob is an incredibly nice guy and very personable. He genuinely wants to do right by his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to add a security system to their home or business.
