I have been a customer with Leader Security System for over 10 years. I have been impressed by their consistent high level of professionalism since the very beginning. Everyone, from the owner of the company to the person who answers the phone: Everyone has been fantastic. Recently, on the evening before Thanksgiving, when my smoke detector battery was making that horrible high pitched squeaky sound, the owner came to my home at 8pm to resolve the problem. On the occasion that I have needed a technician - James is one of the nicest and smartest people around, and he always quickly handles the situation either over the phone or in person. Thank you all for everything! I know that my home is in good hands with Leader Security! Systems!
