the PC mentioned in the above post was received by Midwest Alarms with so much dust that the CPU fan was unable to even spin. After offering to look at it FREE of Charge the customer was unable to provide the windows user password to even get logged into the machine. we cleaned the PC and offered to purchase a new software system at COST for the customer as the current system has been in place over 3 years. i feel Midwest was more than fair and can not be expected to replace a 3 year old product at no cost to the customer
