I have had four security companies at different homes over the years and Monks is the best I have worked with. They installed a security system in a new home we built. I might have given them four and a half stars rather than five for a couple of minor things one of their installers did, but overall I have found them to be knowledgeable, professional and focused on customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the Honeywell system they installed. Bill Monk was always willing to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the final result. I am also impressed with the company they have monitoring the alarm system. Responses are quick and they are very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Monks Security.
