The difference between a good company and a great company is the way they respond when questioned. I couldn't be happier with the way One Source Security responded when they read my post. I received a call from the owner, not to offer a better price but to find out what had happened and what they could do to improve going forward. The owner offered to come out and sit with me to hear how things went and how they could work with their team to improve the experience for others. I had contacted all of the national chains and couldn't bite the bullet for their $99/deal that locked me into a lengthy contract to proprietary equipment. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that OSS called me and worked to make it right. I look forward to having them install my system and refer them to my friends, family and neighbors
