We were approached by a ONIT Security rep going door to door one evening. We had just moved into our new house and we were needing to get a security system. I was told for putting a Brinks sign in my yard, ONIT would give me a top of the line system with all the bells and whistles. What I got was the base package from Brinks, plus a smart lock and doorbell camera. Also, my home was prewired for security alarms, but instead they came out and stuck wireless sensors on all the doors and windows. I was a little miffed. However, for what they did install works well and I am pleased with the system. The doorbell camera is a low quality SkyBell door bell camera, but it does work even if I can't see who is actually at the door most of the time. This is more a Skybell issue than ONIT. Their installer was there within an hour after signing the contract and had to come back to install the doorbell camera once they had stock on it. He was very quick, professional, and always responded quickly to my calls.
