First of all.. I am not actually a customer of ONIT, but I did have service with the company they took over (point security) - I called the other day trying to get some help with the equipment we currently have... Shelby answered...and I couldn't be more thankful for that!! She was fantastic and went out of her way to assist me even knowing I was not a customer of theirs nor was I trying to be. She took the time to figure out what equipment we have have, what I need, how to find it and even steered me in a place that was less expensive than them. She had a wonderful personality and attitude toward the whole bit and was more helpful than all the other places/people (4 home Depot locations, 2 Lowe's, etc) I had called prior to her. Customer service (good service) is not easy to find these days... Shelby is an asset to ONIT and she is greatly appreciated by me! Thanks again, Shelby, for all your help!!
