I met Brandon Gill, our sales rep. He was able to explain the products enough to where I felt comfortable purchasing my security system through ONIT. I would recommend him to everyone. The techs that have came out to work on the system have been courteous and professional. We installed cameras at our home, and the tech was really good. He did an outstanding job, and I am very satisfied with the installation. Purchasing our security system through ONIT has made me feel so much better about the security offered to my home. Love having instant access to my home wherever I am. Customer service has been good to me so far and has reached out to ensure that I am being provided quality service. Definitely give them a chance.
