Jenee' and Steve have always been friendly and professional. Steve installed the burglar and smoke alarm system in our 1906 home in Astoria. He did a great job on the installation and has been consistently helpful with any followup items we have had. The two times I had false positive alarm issues they were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it in one visit.
