AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!!! Be prepared to deal with completely unprofessional and unscrupulous people if you look for in-home theater help. These greed-driven losers charge twice the amount of any other competing company. Best Buy can do their work for thousands of dollars cheaper. Typically smaller businesses are most trustworthy; these sleazeballs are not!!! We spent $6000 for them to install ceiling speakers and for subwoofers that took months to receive. They don't answer emails or actually answer questions. These people absolutely rip-off innocent customers by charging prices out the nose for terrible customer service and dishonest work practices.
