My rating reflects the professionalism demonstrated by the service technician for being on time. It is reflective of the appointment process to include the call back center to follow up with me concerning the scheduled service time. Further more, the experience of the on-site technician as he walked me through the process of the online and cellphone process. Lastly, I appreciate the call back from the call center for my feedback for the entire process. The system is working as expected and the app is wonderful! Now, I have the ability to arm or disarm my system from my phone with ease.
