Professional Security Alarm was formed back in 1988 by the owner of a local insurance company with the idea to provide its customers with quality service at an affordable price. In August of 2006, Shawn Rubesh, of Albany, purchased a Professional Security Alarm from the previous stockholders, becoming the sole owner and president of our company. The company operates out of its own office located in Albany, Oregon.
