The technician, Andrew Kent was excellent. He was well prepared and very knowledgeable. He was able to install the entire system in a reasonable amount of time and he explained everything to me as he went along. When he was finished, he took the time to go over everything with me and showed me step by step how to operate the system fully. I am very pleased with the product and how courteous and professional Andrew was. Thank you.
