We’ve been with QEI since we built our home years ago. We were due for an upgrade to our security system, so we called them up and explained what we wanted/needed and they were so gracious in helping us decide what products would be best for our needs. A couple weeks later once all the parts arrived, our talented and friendly installer Brian showed up and installed everything with ease. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explained how everything works. He even brought a broom to clean up after himself! Overall it was a great experience. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our products and service! We’re looking forward to continuing our relationship with this superb local company.
