Recently, I had the Royal Group replace my 15 year old home alarm system and add some security cameras. They were great to work with. The planning stage went smoothly as Royal answered all my dumb questions and help me create a system that was right for my needs. With all the the new technology out there, you can go crazy with all the options that you have. I felt Royal just listened to my relatively simple needs and created a system that was right for me. Royal is also responsive. I was very impressed and surprised when their CEO, Rex, actually picked up his phone when I called. In this day and age when the norm is to be transferred to voicemail, that was a pleasant surprise. The instillation also went smoothly. The individuals installing the system, Matt and Austin, were professional and patient (especially explaining the technical stuff to us). Sadly, my experience lately with service from so may contractors has been lacking. So it was a relief to have the competence of the Royal Group installing my system.
