Safe and Sound, and Matt in particular, was fantastic. We initially used a different company in town for camera installation, and unfortunately had problem after problem with the system's setup and eventually terminated our relationship with said company. I called Safe and Sound and was given Matt as our technician. He promised that if he were unable to diagnose the issue within 20 minutes, there would be no charge. He remedied everything while providing explanation with every step to this non-tech-savvy customer. Matt was extremely helpful and I am happy to recommend him to anyone in need of this service.
