Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Our installer, Sean, did a great job. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing certain things, and answered all of our questions. During the install we discovered that one window didn't get counted when we did the original requirements list. It was hidden from view and was simply missed. Sean let the office know and we agreed that he would come back to install that one detector. Next thing we know....our sales man appeared with the detector and the install was finished with no need for a return trip.
