Simpson ‘s customer service is exceptional! My Sales Consultant (Sam) was very knowledgeable of the system and completely worked with my budget and timeline! The install went perfectly (Jeremy). Even after the install, the staff (Sharon) were very prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions and ensuring that I was completely satisfied. I’m very happy I chose them for my home security needs!
