I've had a fantastic experience with SST. My home didn't have a security system previously installed, and the technician who came to my home took great care with the installation process and training me on my new system. I had shopped around for home security quite a bit, and their pricing and product was competitive with the other services I saw. On top of that, the technician who came out to install the system was funny, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care that I felt comfortable with the system and safe in my home. Most importantly, any time I've had questions or concerns the customer service has been stellar. Even when I called with general questions they were really happy to explain things and chat with me, I have no complaints.
