In this day and age where it feels like you get zero customer service, I must say that I was thrilled with my experience with Sterling! Their representatives are prompt, efficient and kind. Ron with Sterling went out of his way to accommodate a special circumstance that I had and I am grateful. When choosing an alarm company, consider this wonderfully customer focused local business vs the big guys. You will NOT be disappointed.
