I have used ACS Security for the last 3 years and had to endure the worst service ever!! Thankfully my neighbor recommended Swat Alarms and found their service to be the best I have ever experienced. The salesman was knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions on how to properly protect my house. The pricing was much better than ACS and the service technicians did an amazing job running the wires and left my house spotless. The office staff is polite, curtious and and even followed up after the job was completed to make sure I was happy with the installation and to make sure I was properly instructed on using the system...unlike ACS all they want is the money and to lock you into a long term contract. ACS installed Mickey Mouse stick on sensors that kept falling off and every time I called them to fix it and all I got was grief and aggravation. Swat went above and beyond to hardwire my alarm system in order not to have that stick on garbage sensors. SWAT Alarms gets 5 stars from me!! No wonder I see their signs throughout the neighborhood.
