These people are very polite and very professional. The one star rating is from someone who should be discounted. They installed my alarm 1 1/2 years ago and they did an excellent job of installing it and I had a service issue which they identified and their Technician Paul walked me through it. He was very polite, checked things thoroughly, and did it quickly. My experience is that they are priced right and they have done more than I expected from them. They were recommended to me by the chief of my local fire department.
