Trinity did the overall installation on our alarm and sound system at the house, and we could not be happier with the work that the team did. From Brendan and the leadership team walking through all the options, to the installation team, to the support we have received. They explained how to use all the equipment and (when I inevitably forgot and screwed something up) were there quickly with simple technical support and walk-throughs as necessary. When we have had technical difficulties, their customer support on the phone or email (thanks, Jasmin!) is great, and their on-site support (thanks, Manny) is on-time, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great communication and clear pricing on parts and labor.
