Jesse was great today installing our system and knowledgeable on ways people could break into our apartment and was explained in a way we could understand. He explained how system worked and was clear on explaining the pricing to us. Also took his time explaining the system and how to use it. We also didn't feel pressured as I felt with other sales man in the past. We could have chosen cheaper systems companies but you can't match a knowledgeable professional that gives to one on one service and love spend a little more money for that. Also though these hard times my partner and I don't mind spending a little more to support our local business. We now feel safe and happy to support our local business. Will be ordering more services/equipment for sure again.
