We found WatchPoint on Home Advisor for a small home camera project we needed some assistance with. They did a wonderful job installing our home cameras even though we bought them from Amazon. The install was clean with no exposed cable and they helped to get us up on our phones for the remote viewing without any assistance from the company we bought the cameras from. It all went so smoothly I called them when our company had a need for security cameras at our new location. This time we used their equipment since we needed a more commercial sized solution. Happy to say the camera equipment is fantastic. We installed a mix of 4K and 4MP cameras and the images form both are superb. The install was once again clean and smooth. They took the time at no extra cost, to come back after the install and host a training / setup for a total of 13 of our admin and maintenance facility staff. They ensured everyone knew how to use the system and set up laptops, phones and tablets for everyone. Extremely happy with the quality of service and equipment they provided. Thanks to the entire WatchPoint team, you guys went above and beyond for us!
