We Had a livingroom chair cleaned, which did not get the soil out. You sent an inspector out to look at it. He agreed it did not come clean. He was very helpful and agreed that it did not come clean. He refunded our 120 dollars. We felt you ere very fair with us, and we use your business again. Thank you so much. Mary Lou Young
