Illinois Alarm, is always polite and professional when I speak with them. They handle both my business and my home. We used to have ADT and when we signed up with Illinois Alarm we decided to keep our existing system that was installed by ADT. The Illinois Alarm sales man informed me that the system should be replaced, but at that time I thought he was just trying to sell me. Within the first two weeks of having Illinois Alarm monitor our facility, what he told me went wrong. The Bosch burglar alarm system gives our a lot more then we ever could have thought and is actually a lot easier to use than our old system. We also decided to switch out our cameras, and the Bosch cameras that they installed gives us a lot more than just video, it has some technology in it that gives us reports that we use for our operations. I am now looking at purchasing a Bosch dishwasher, as I am sold on purchasing everything Bosch. But again, Illinois Alarm is great to do business with!
